Plantar Fasciitis Care Kit Combines the Four Fundamentals of Healing.

SnOH Ball: The combination of cold and massage has proven effective at reducing the pain and inflammation caused by Plantar Fasciitis which is why we have chosen the SnOH Ball that has the combination of cold and focused trigger point massage in one easy to use device.

Aircast Airheel: To protect and heal during the day we have chosen the clinically proven pulsating support of Aircast Airheel. The unique bladder will support the arch during each step while the pulsation will stimulate blood flow to speed healing.

Pro Night Splint: To protect and heal through the night we have chosen the support of the Pro Night Splint. At night, keeping your foot in a flexed position will allow the fascia to heal and avoid the painful first step in the morning. The ProSplint is the lightest, most comfortable support on the market.

Strength and Stretch Plan: Regaining strength and full range of natural motion will help you heal and can aid in prevention. This care kit includes a complete Strength and Stretch plan created by Mike Verplancke, DPT and will provide you with a widely accepted exercise program through booklet and video. To assist you with the exercises the kit also includes a Therapist Choice stretch strap and a five pack of resistance bands with increasing levels of resistance. The plan and tools replicate the activity Mike would recommend if you went to see him.

Fast Freeze: A powerful fast working topical analgesic that can give you instant relief with a simple spray. Your injury hurts and as you get back to activity your muscles will be sore.

About Plantar Fasciitis

Learn About Plantar Fasciitis (Heel Pain/Bottom of the foot pain )

The most common cause of pain on the bottom of the heel is Plantar Fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis occurs when the strong band of tissue that supports the arch of your foot becomes irritated and inflamed.

Anatomy

The plantar fascia connects the heel to the front of your foot and supports the arch with a long, thin ligament that lies directly beneath the skin.

Cause

The plantar fascia is designed to be absorb the shock and strains we place on our feet. Sometimes, that strain and shock is too much and the tissue becomes damaged and tears. The body's natural response to injury is inflammation, which results in the heel pain and stiffness of plantar fasciitis.

Risk Factors

Many times Plantar Fasciitis occurs for no reason. There are, however, many factors that can make you more prone to the condition:

      • Tighter calf muscles that make it difficult to flex your foot and bring your toes up toward your shin
      • Obesity
      • Very high arch
      • Repetitive impact activity (running/sports)
      • New or increased activity

FAQs
    1. How are these products any better than what I can by at my local pharmacy?
We curated only medical grade products used in clinics and widely loved by people like you. The true power of the kit is the combination of the products and full instructions that will allow you to get back to what you love.

    2. How often should I wear the night splint?
Wear every night for the first two weeks and then after rigorous activity after the pain subsides.

    3. How long does Plantar fasciitis take to heal?
The blood flow is limited to the Plantar Facia which means it can take longer than six weeks to heal. However, with the stimulation and therapy found in the care kit you will be able to gain relief much sooner.

    4. I think I have Plantar Fasciitis, but I’m not sure. Can I do any damage to my Ankle by trying this kit?
